About the Company
Yibi Hantang is a China market growth and brand licensing partner supporting international fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. Building on Yibi Group’s manufacturing capabilities and experience operating China Gold’s e-commerce business, we help brands explore controlled licensing, product development and omni-channel growth opportunities in China.
About the Role
We are seeking a New York-based Brand Manager to develop relationships with premium fashion, beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands across the US market. You will identify suitable partnership opportunities, understand each brand’s positioning and long-term goals, and coordinate discussions between US brand partners and our China-based strategy, product and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Identify US brands with potential for China market expansion or lifestyle licensingBuild relationships with brand founders, executives, licensing teams and business development leadersUnderstand brand positioning, product strategy and partnership requirementsPresent Yibi Hantang’s China market-entry, licensing and operational capabilitiesSupport brand evaluations, partnership proposals and commercial discussionsCoordinate communication between US partners and China-based teamsTrack opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and launch preparationRepresent Yibi Hantang at relevant fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle industry events
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in brand management, xzbcwsv licensing, strategic partnerships or business developmentExperience within fashion, beauty, wellness, luxury or lifestyle industriesStrong understanding of brand positioning and category extensionExisting relationships within the New York or broader US brand ecosystem are preferredExcellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skillsFluent English; Mandarin is an advantageMust be based in New York
