Salesforce Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 9–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce architecture while mentoring development teams and driving technical delivery.

Banking / Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development.
• Develop and review Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce pages.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best-practice guidance to development teams.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and production support.
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence across the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Flows and Process Automation
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or FinTech domain experience.
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
• Salesforce Architect certifications are a plus.
