Learning the fundamentals of Duck Creek configuration, the full-time Entry-Level Duck Creek Analyst will configure and maintain components, perform testing, and assist with documentation while working remotely under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Duck Creek components, business rules, forms, and workflows Perform unit and system testing, reviewing results with business representatives Respond to production issues and participate in on-call rotation for system support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience One to two years of relevant experience Basic understanding of business rules configuration and system implementation concepts Willingness to learn Duck Creek technologies and insurance industry practices Full understanding of software and system fundamentals
