HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN Quality Coordinator – Sepsis/Stroke to drive excellence in patient outcomes. In this role, you will coordinate sepsis and stroke quality initiatives, collect and analyze clinical data, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and leaders to implement process improvements, conduct chart reviews, and lead performance improvement projects. The RN Quality Coordinator also educates staff on sepsis and stroke pathways, supports accreditation efforts, and champions a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
