The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of hematologic and oncologic conditions within an outpatient clinic setting, with 0-2 new consults expected per day. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment.
