Job Opening – Finance Executive Location: Atmantan Wellness Centre, Mulshi, Pune Salary: ₹4.00 – ₹4.50 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and vendor payments. Perform PO, GRN & invoice verification (3-way matching). Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash/bank records. Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Maintain CAPEX tracker and Fixed Asset Register. Prepare prepaid expense schedules and month-end provisions. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Maintain audit-ready financial records and support internal/statutory audits. Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, F&B, Engineering, Wellness, and Head Office teams for financial operations. Eligibility Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory) Preferred: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Experience: 2–5 years in Finance & Accounts Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, or Service Industry experience will be preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & General Accounting. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
