Seeking a Property & Casualty AM-SR Account Manager. This team partners with businesses to identify risks, protect assets, and deliver insurance solutions that support long-term success. As a Senior Account Manager , you'll help build trusted client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and provide proactive guidance that helps clients confidently navigate an evolving risk landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a mid market, large and complex book of commercial lines generalist business while delivering exceptional client service
• Process account transactions including applications, quotations, ID cards, proposals, endorsements, binders, billing, and correspondence
• Respond to client, carrier, producer, and internal service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Identify account rounding and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships and coverage solutions
• Conduct account reviews and coverage consultations to identify potential coverage gaps and recommend solutions
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management and document management systems
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting requirements, rating methodologies, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of insurance industry experience including at least 2 years in an Account Manager role
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance coverage, underwriting, and rating concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and service needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while managing
