Product analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager candidate with strong domain knowledge in Data Analysis to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong analytical and statistical skills towards taking complex business Conduct, analyze, and deep dive into A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations on improving the product analytics features problems, wide variety of quantitative data, and provide structured and data-supported practical solutions towards optimizing shipping problems . Serve as a trusted partner to business units, translating complex analytical results into business insights, create necessary tools/reports to monitor and ensure program success . Proven track record of using analytics to drive significant business impact, creating deep-dives and presenting work efficiently

. Required skills

B. Tech in a quantitative field like Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc... 4 to 6 years of relevant Product analytics experience - Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, and Excel Proficiency in Python hands-on A/B testing, Experimentation Very good ability with Quant (prior experience in Business performance analytics roles – good to have) . Good communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams . Strong in Tableau prior exp in handling large dataset

Good to have:

Should know how Search, Ads, Payments, Trust, Risk engine works in product Proven track record of turning insights into growth opportunities in prior roles with increasing scope and responsibilities. Ability to present complex analyses and insights effectively in simple term Good experience with both descriptive and inferential statistic Experience in a leading technology company Background in e-commerce product experience Experience with Natural Language Processing or LLM/Gen AI is a plus
