Role Description The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) at Treemendous is responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accruals, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The CMA will monitor budgets, track project costs, and provide financial insights for greening solutions, plant care services, and product sales. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with operations and sales teams, performing variance and profitability analyses, supporting compliance with financial policies, and contributing to forecasting and financial planning. The role also requires generating clear financial reports and recommendations for leadership to optimize resource allocation and improve overall financial performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Accounting skills, including practical experience with Accruals and general ledger management.
• Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and the ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the capacity to perform variance analysis, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
• Professional certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent is required or in progress.
• Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Experience in project-based businesses, retail, or services is beneficial, as is familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.

SALARY

• Rs.40000 to 50000 per month
