What You'll Be DoingRecruiting cleared and engineering talent — Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Aerospace Engineers, and cleared professionals (Secret / TS / TS/SCI) for active contract requisitionsFull-cycle contract staffing — From sourcing to submission to offer — W2, C2C, contract-to-hireSourcing on the right platforms — ClearanceJobs, Dice, LinkedIn, and your own networkScreening with precision — Work authorization, clearance status, compensation, and availability — you know what to ask and why it mattersManaging your pipeline — Keeping ATS records clean, submissions tight, and clients updatedCollaborating with account managers — Aligning your candidate pipeline to active client requirements across defense and aerospace accountsHitting your numbers — Weekly submittals, interview ratios, and placement targets
What We're Looking ForMust Have2+ years full-cycle recruiting experienceBackground in Aerospace, Defense, or Engineering staffingUnderstanding of US security clearances (Secret, TS, TS/SCI)Contract staffing knowledge (W2, C2C, 1099)Strong sourcing skills — Dice, LinkedIn, job boardsUS-based, available during EST business hours
Nice-to-haveExperience recruiting for DoD / Government contractorsKnowledge of ITAR / export control hiring rulesSourcing experience on ClearanceJobsExperience with Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar ATSExisting cleared candidate network in Upstate NY / nationallyFamiliarity with engineering disciplines xzbcwsv
