Role Description: Looking for dynamic and experienced Principal for our proposed PU college based in Laksmipura Road, Near Madanayakanahalli, Bengaluru . The Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for the admissions, overall academic and administrative management of the institution. The Principal will oversee curriculum implementation, teaching quality, student welfare, and adherence to board and regulatory requirements. The Principal will collaborate with management, parents, and community stakeholders to strengthen institutional policies, drive college improvement initiatives, and enhance the holistic development of students. The role also includes budgeting oversight, resource planning, safety and discipline management, and leading admissions and outreach activities to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree with B.Ed (Preferably science background)

Experience:

• Min 5 years experience as a Principal or in senior academic leadership.
• Min 10 years experience in teaching.
