The Opportunity We are seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to serve as RMS's primary contracts expert and trusted legal advisor. This is a high-impact role where you'll build scalable legal processes, manage complex commercial agreements, and partner directly with senior leadership to support our global growth. As the company's internal legal resource, you'll oversee all aspects of contract review, drafting, and negotiationwith a particular focus on client agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAswhile providing general legal support across departments.
