Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and execution frameworks.
• Oversee daily operations across academics support, admissions, marketing operations, HR, finance coordination, facilities, and IT.
• Ensure policies, SOPs, and procedures are implemented consistently across departments.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
• Drive process improvement, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Support the CEO in risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Oversee operational readiness for events, audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Lead and mentor departmental heads to ensure accountability and delivery.
