Job Description Job Title: IT Infra Support Engineer Department: IT Work Location: Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer Position: Full -Time Experience: 6 Months - 2 Years Educational Qualification : B.Tech (EEE) Skills: Desktop Support, Network Support (L1), Troubleshooting Hardware & Software, AV System support, Classroom tech support. Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly. Troubleshoot various technical problems, ranging from network connectivity issues to system malfunctions. Set up and configure desktop hardware, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and meets organizational standards. Assist in the installation and updates of computer software and operating systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Offer specialized technical support for classrooms, including the maintenance and operation of AV systems.
