We're Hiring | Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide strategic administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. Location: North India Key Responsibilities: Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation, and itineraries. Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items. Manage correspondence, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidential records, reports, and business documents. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key business priorities. Preferred Profile: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or senior leadership. Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
