Job Description Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee medical office renovations, healthcare interiors, and facility additions Coordinate with field Superintendents, subcontractors, owners, and design teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget Work closely with the Healthcare Team Lead and operations leadership to successfully execute projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
