Project manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage a team of 40+ testers and oversee day-to-day project operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in team coordination, reporting, and data validation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a team of 40+ testers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Monitor daily productivity, attendance, and performance of testers. Create, maintain, and present daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Validate data submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines. Track project KPIs and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement. Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing support for testers. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding project updates and team performance. Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Program Management, Operations Management, Team Management, or a similar role. Experience managing teams of 40 or more members. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (reporting, formulas, data analysis). Experience creating dashboards and operational reports. Strong data validation and quality assurance skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with crowdsourcing platforms, testing operations, or data annotation projects. Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance management. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar.
