Commi 1 — Prep & Service

We’re hiring a Commis I responsible for daily prep and executing dishes during service. This role requires someone who can move from prep to line seamlessly—consistent, fast, and in control during service. Role You will prepare ingredients, maintain mise en place, and cook/assemble menu items during service to a consistent standard.
