The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth bar operations.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and take drink orders in a timely and friendly mannerMix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recipes and company standardsProvide recommendations and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experienceCheck identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and local lawsMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barProcess transactions accurately using the POS systemWork efficiently during high-volume periods, including nights and weekendsAssist with bar opening and closing duties as neededCollaborate with team members to create a fun and seamless guest experienceQualifications & SkillsPrevious bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidateKnowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spiritsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be at least 21 years old (or legal age per state regulations)Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysBenefits & PerksCompetitive pay + tipsEmployee discounts on food and beveragesFun and dynamic work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancement
