Harley-Davidson Parts Sales Associate Assist customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases. Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information. Support service technicians with parts for repair orders. Maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records. Participate in promotional events and dealership activities. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred. Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor. Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
