Job Overview

We are seeking Visa Consultants to assist clients throughout Pakistan with organized, accurate, and professional guidance on visa and migration matters. The role involves communicating with prospective and existing clients, understanding their travel or migration objectives, explaining relevant visa pathways, and coordinating documentation through the appropriate internal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their immigration, study, work, visit, or settlement objectives.
• Provide clear information about applicable visa categories, documentation, timelines, and procedures.
• Review client documents for completeness, consistency, and potential issues before submission.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and case records in accordance with company procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and follow up on pending documentation or case requirements.
• Maintain accurate updates, protect confidential information, and deliver professional client support.

Job Specification

• Working knowledge of visa consulting, immigration documentation, or migration-related client services.
• Strong communication and consultation skills, with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Ability to assess documents carefully, identify missing information, and maintain accurate case records.
• Client relationship management skills, including professional follow-up and timely responses.
• Good written English and Urdu communication; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple client cases.
• Comfort using email, document management tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Sound judgment when escalating legal, procedural, or documentation concerns to senior staff.
