<p> We're Hiring | Textile Design Lead </p><p> Location: Patparganj, East Delhi (No Relocation – Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred) </p><p> Experience: 5–8 Years </p><p> CTC: ₹12–15 LPA </p><p> We're looking for a passionate Textile Design Lead to join a leading Luxury Fashion Brand . </p><p> Key Responsibilities: </p> <p>✨ Lead textile research, development, and material innovation. </p> <p>✨ Develop woven fabrics, surface techniques, and textile concepts. </p> <p>✨ Collaborate with mills, weavers, dyeing units, and artisan clusters. </p> <p>✨ Manage textile sampling, approvals, archives, and vendor relationships. </p> <p>✨ Partner with Design and Production teams to ensure quality and timely execution. </p> <p>✨ Drive fabric development from concept to production while maintaining the brand's aesthetic. </p> <p> Ideal Candidate: </p> <p>✔ 5–8 years of experience in Textile Design &amp; Development. </p> <p>✔ Strong expertise in weaving, fabric construction, yarns, textile development, and surface techniques. </p> <p>✔ Experience with premium/luxury fashion brands, textile-led organizations, or artisan-focused businesses. </p> <p>✔ Deep understanding of Indian textiles, handlooms, natural fibres, and craft processes. </p> <p>✔ NID preferred; candidates from NIFT (Textiles), MSU Baroda, or Srishti are also welcome. </p> <p>✔ Candidates should be based in Delhi/NCR.
