IP Litigation Associate - Patent/Trademark/Copyright/Trade Secrets Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking an IP litigation associate with 1-5 years of IP litigation experience. This is open to all nationwide offices. The salary range for New York is $225k to $390k. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in patent , copyright, trademark, and/or trade secret litigation. Undergraduate degree in technical or life sciences, or a background that demonstrates relevant technical or intellectual property knowledge.
