Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Prompt Engineer with strong experience in business analysis, generative AI, and LLM prompt engineering. The candidate will design, test, and optimize reusable AI Skills to support business requirements, product development workflows, and AI-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize prompts and reusable AI Skills for LLMs and AI agents.Translate business processes into structured AI workflows, requirements, epics, and user stories.Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI output quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Collaborate with product, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders.Define human approval checkpoints, exception handling, and AI governance controls.Compare LLM models based on performance, cost, latency, and reliability.Maintain documentation and coach business teams on effective AI adoption.
Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Process Improvement, or Consulting.2+ years of hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.Strong knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt optimization, hallucinations, and structured outputs.Experience with BRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow mapping.Experience in financial services or another regulated industry.Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Gemini or other enterprise LLM platforms.Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI tools.Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, AI agents, LLM evaluation, or red-teaming.Basic Python or API knowledge is a plus but not required. xzbcwsv
