We are looking for a Project Planner to join our Fabrication Division and take responsibility for planning, monitoring and coordinating project execution from engineering and procurement through fabrication, dispatch and erection .

The role will work closely with Design, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Site and Commercial teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and potential delays are identified early.

• Prepare and maintain project execution schedules and project plans .
• Track planned vs. actual progress across engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, painting, dispatch and erection.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production and project plans .
• Coordinate with Production to achieve planned fabrication targets.
• Track material requirements, procurement and material availability .
• Coordinate with Design for timely release of fabrication/shop drawings.
• Monitor drawing revisions, approvals and engineering-related delays.
• Coordinate fabrication and dispatch schedules with site/erection requirements.
• Identify project bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to management.
• Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports and recovery plans .
• Maintain clear visibility of project status across multiple ongoing projects.

A proactive and data-driven planner who can identify issues before they become delays.
