Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven CA to join our Strategy team. The role involves working closely with senior leadership on business performance, strategic initiatives, and decision support across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new strategic projects, initiatives and business planning.
- Conduct market research, bench markings, modelling, feasibility study and industry analysis.
- Build concise presentations and dashboards for senior management.
- Analyse financial and operational KPIs across B2B, B2C, and Diagnostics businesses.
- Facilitate weekly business performance reviews with leadership by preparing insights and discussion materials.
- Prepare quarterly earnings presentations and management decks.
Non-Negotiables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to derive insights from data and present them effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Corporate Strategy or Management Consulting
- Transaction Advisory / Deals
- CDD, FDD
- Business Finance or Corporate Finance
