Job Description:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline).
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, website, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help manage social media platforms and track engagement metrics.
• Assist in designing basic marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, posts) with guidance.
• Support lead generation and campaign tracking using CRM or marketing tools.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and technical teams for campaign execution.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads).
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing).
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication and content writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
