Role Description The Structural BIM Modeler / Revit Modeler will be responsible for developing accurate 3D structural models, producing coordinated drawings, and maintaining BIM standards across projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating Revit models, preparing construction drawings, and coordinating with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design and modeling issues. The role involves checking models for clashes, ensuring drawing consistency, and supporting project documentation throughout the design and construction phases. The individual will also assist in implementing best practices for BIM workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling processes and templates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Qualifications Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit modeling for structural projects, with the ability to develop and manage detailed 3D models. Extract BOQ Quantites from the Revit Model. Understanding of Architecture and structural design principles to interpret design intent and translate it into accurate models and drawings. Ability to produce clear and precise Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, and details aligned with project standards. Experience collaborating with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) teams to coordinate multidisciplinary models and resolve clashes. Proficiency in relevant CAD/BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and familiarity with BIM standards and workflows. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams on-site in Hyderabad.
