To enhance revenue cycle performance, the full-time Denials Performance Analyst will analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and collaborate with operational teams to improve processes, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze denied claims to develop clear problem statements and identify failure points Collaborate with coding and revenue cycle teams to validate medical terminology and coding accuracy Assess the financial impact of denials and support initiatives to reduce revenue loss Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management with a focus on denials and performance management Working knowledge of medical terminology related to denied claims Experience collaborating with coding teams and stakeholders to analyze denial root causes Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
