Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and customer messages professionally.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products and services, and generate sales leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers, communicate product information, and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain customer and lead databases and update follow-up records.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

Job Specification

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, telemarketing, or digital marketing.
• Good communication, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools.
• Confidence in making outbound calls, following up with leads, and communicating with potential customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
