About the Role

Terrea and Isle by Wonderla are premium hospitality brands offering distinctive experiences rooted in comfort, nature and exceptional service.

We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented Resort Sales Manager to drive room revenue, occupancy, corporate & leisure sales, weddings, MICE, F&B and group bookings across both brands.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development and relationship-building skills , with a proven track record in premium hospitality, resorts, hotels, travel or lifestyle brands .

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through room bookings, corporate sales, weddings, MICE, events and group bookings .
• Build and manage relationships with corporates, travel agents, wedding planners and key accounts .
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets .
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and key accounts .
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations and commercial negotiations .
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in hotels/resorts .
• Strong business development, communication and negotiation skills .
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue .
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment .
