A growing IT services organization is seeking a highly organised and client-focused IT Helpdesk / Project Coordinator to support service delivery, project execution, client management, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone coming from an MSP who understands how helpdesk operations work and enjoys wearing multiple hats across project coordination, customer interaction, vendor management, and business operations.
What You'll Be DoingCoordinate helpdesk operations and assist with service delivery activitiesServe as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and vendorsCoordinate technology projects, deployments, and client initiativesSchedule resources and track project milestones and timelinesManage hardware procurement, equipment logistics, and inventory trackingMaintain software licensing, subscription renewals, and asset recordsAssist with client onboarding and implementation activitiesBuild strong client relationships through regular communicationParticipate in client meetings and help identify opportunities for additional servicesSupport billing accuracy through license, inventory, and account trackingCoordinate field technicians and external vendors as neededWhat We're Looking ForRequired3-5+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)Experience coordinating IT support, service delivery, or technical projectsStrong client-facing communication skillsExperience xzbcwsv working with multiple customers in a fast-paced environmentHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience coordinating vendors, equipment, licensing, or subscriptionsStrong understanding of IT operations and helpdesk workflowsPreferredExperience with ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, Datto, NinjaOne, Atera, or similar MSP platformsExperience with Microsoft 365 environmentsExposure to cybersecurity, backup, or managed services offeringsInventory, asset management, or procurement experience
