Job Overview

• Role: Customer Support & Upselling Executive (International Voice Process)
• Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
• Working Days: 5 Days Working (Rotational week off)
• Shift: US Shifts
• Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls with high professionalism.
• Address customer queries effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify sales opportunities and perform upselling on relevant products or services.
• Maintain clear and accurate conversation records.

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred.
• Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (Gurgaon).
• Skills: Strong convincing/negotiation skills for upselling, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
