What will be your KRAs?

• Social Media Design

• Inputs on how to differentiate social media creatives for various clients that 1702 has so that it leads to organic traction
• Opinions on the latest trends on visual formats for various digital and social platforms and how the same can be leveraged for brands 
• Deep understanding of each and every social media inventory and their specs `(For example, when to use Insta Stories v/s When to use Insta Feeds)

• Paid Media Design

• Inputs on what visuals may work best as various content formats and funnel stages 
• Understanding nuances of various ad inventories (example - What visuals may increase CTR on FB or Linkedin ads, what increases CTR on Google Display ads, what visuals and fonts will work on landing pages for lead generation forms etc)

• Brand Building Work (Logos+KVs+Masters)

• Building a brand visually from scratch and having a medium and long term vision for the brand wherever required
• Coordinate with the account management and brand strategy team to define brand objectives, have vision for the KVs for various content formats for the brand

• To craft visual brand architectures (logos, UI, brand book apart from social creatives) by identifying key pillars, tonality, personality, brand promise, mission and manifesto via primary and/or existing research

• Strong Referencing Skills that are teachable to junior team members. Ability to co-ordinate and mind the team for a remote working environment is a must. 

• Be responsible for all visual content from the agency and be responsible for the final quality and timelines of delivery

• Work with the design frames along with the motion graphics team to execute the concepts for videos as and where required
