Experience Required: 6—10 years (Dealer Onboarding & Hospital Pharma Sales)
Role Overview:
This role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to Dealers, Sub-Stockiest and retailers. Onboarding OEMs across therapy areas and executing customized go-to-market strategies. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through Dealer / Distributor onboarding along with building strong customer relationships and negotiating with hospital purchase managers to close deals and optimize margins.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics and pharmacies, having good connects with Hospital Purchase Managers Onboarding & managing Dealers / Distributors for generating Hospital Business (Key Accounts) Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and margins with hospital purchase managers. Conduct product detailing and presentations to healthcare professionals. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and industry events. Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Prior experience in Hospital Pharma Sales (Therapy Areas: Ophthal, Human Albumin — WIG,Vaccines, IVF/Hormones, Nephrology, Cardiac)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Perks:
