Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Personal Assistant to the Director. The Personal Assistant will manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient diary management and time optimization. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves providing comprehensive executive administrative support, tracking action items, and following up on commitments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Personal Assistant will be expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and support the Director in strategic and routine activities.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance skills, including managing schedules, travel, and confidential correspondence. Executive Administrative Assistance experience, supporting senior leadership with meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Diary Management and calendar coordination skills to prioritize tasks and optimize the Director’s time. Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for documentation, filing, data entry, and office coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, email and calendar applications). Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in corporate or industrial settings. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
