In this role, you will monitor complex patients, administer medications and treatments, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. The Trauma PCU RN will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
