Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine Supervisor:At least 3 years of paper machine operations experienceProven leadership as a Supervisor, Lead, or Engineer in the paper industryStrong knowledge of paper machine processes, troubleshooting, and optimizationExcellent communication and team management skillsAbility to work rotating shifts and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
