Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office) Experience: Fresher Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture About the Role We are hiring B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture graduates fluent in Kashmiri to join our inside sales team as Agri Advisors. You will speak with farmers from Jammu & Kashmir over phone calls in Kashmiri and Urdu/Hindi, understand their crop (including apple and other horticulture), pest, and disease problems, recommend the right products, help them place orders, and convert enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound farmer calls in Kashmiri (and Urdu/Hindi where needed) Understand crop and orchard issues and advise suitable products Guide farmers in placing orders over the call Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling Follow up on leads and pending orders over phone calls Maintain call, lead, and order records in the CRM Build farmer relationships that drive repeat purchases Requirements B.Sc / Diploma in Agriculture (freshers welcome) Native/fluent Kashmiri speaker; working Urdu/Hindi Good communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with targets Willing to work from our Bhopal office What We Offer: Fixed salary performance incentives, structured product and sales training, fast growth in a scaling agri-tech company.
