7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications or cloud servicesStrong system design skills, with the ability to architect scalable, reliable, and secure applications, AI agent workflows, and enterprise integrationsStrong proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, C#, or C++, with both frontend and backend experienceProven ability to independently own complex projects from technical design through production deployment and supportStrong experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecturesHands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next. xzbcwsv js, FastAPI, or Node.jsExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, observability, and operational reliabilityExperience mentoring engineers and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
