Shift Manager - Buhlow Pineville Assistant Manager Summary : Help the General Manager with customer service, staffing, safety, cleanliness, daily operations, and cash/inventory control. Requirements Retail management experience. Class E license + Responsible Vendor certification. Effective communication, leadership, and basic computer skills. Key Duties Support and run store operations. Enforce policies, safety rules, and uniform standards. Maintain a clean, stocked, customer-ready store. Ensure proper cash handling and inventory accuracy. Help hire, train, schedule, and coach team members. Provide great customer service and resolve issues. Physical Demands Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties may require standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, and occasionally driving.
