About the Role:-

Casabrick Property Consultants is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for real estate marketing — property walkthroughs, project launch reels, Instagram/You Tube content, and paid ad creatives. You'll work closely with the marketing team to turn raw footage and ideas into polished, scroll-stopping content that reflects the brand's voice.

Key Responsibilities

Edit property walkthrough videos, drone footage, and site visit content into polished final cuts Create short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts) for Instagram and You Tube Cut and format video ads for Meta/Google campaigns (various aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:5, 9:16) Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles, and branded intros/outros Color grade and correct footage for consistent visual quality Sync voiceovers, background music, and sound effects Collaborate with the content/marketing team on scripts, storyboards, and shot lists Manage and organize raw footage libraries and project files Stay current with short-form video trends and real estate content formats

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in video editing (real estate, D2 C, or agency experience preferred) Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Da Vinci Resolve Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm for social-first content Experience editing for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and paid ad formats Basic motion graphics/typography skills Ability to work with drone and DSLR/mobile footage A portfolio or reel demonstrating past work

Good to Have

Experience shooting content (not just editing) Familiarity with real estate/property marketing content Basic photography/design skills (Photoshop, Canva)
