Job Description Support the Lead Superintendent in managing daily field operations Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners Monitor project schedules and assist with milestone tracking Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards Conduct quality inspections and verify work is completed according to plans and specifications Coordinate inspections with local authorities and consultants Assist with project logistics, deliveries, and site organization Maintain project documentation and field reporting Help manage punch list and closeout activities Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects Strong ground-up wood-frame multifamily construction experience required Experience with podium-style construction preferred Knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety practices Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced multifamily construction environment Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades Stable work history and desire for long-term growth What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120.000 to 150.000.
