Experience: 7-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end payroll processing for India employees

✔ Payroll inputs validation, salary processing, and reconciliations

✔ Handling PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other statutory compliances

✔ Income tax declarations, proof verification, and Form 16 issuance

✔ Full & Final (F&F) settlement processing

✔ Payroll audits, reporting, and employee query resolution

✔ Coordination with HR, Finance, and Payroll vendors

Required Skills:

✅ India Payroll

✅ End-to-End Payroll Processing

✅ PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS Compliance

✅ Payroll Reconciliation & Audit Support

✅ F&F Settlement

✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

✅ SAP / SuccessFactors / Workday / Oracle / ADP / Ramco / PeopleStrong
