We are hiring a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field sales activities.
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular client meetings and field visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote company products and services effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and market feedback.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation Mandatory.
• Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local candidates from Muzaffarpur will be preferred.
