Senior process analyst - loan closure

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Bank Loan Closer with 3-5 years of experience, preferably acquired at a buy-side firm, and solid bank loan settlement experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn and interact across our Middle Office teams and work closely with clients' onshore loan settlements team in NY.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of all bank loan settlements based on the assigned issuers including -
Managing open trades with counterparties / agents for execution
Cash management across warehouses / funds ahead of settlements
Weekly open trade reporting
Working with onshore team regarding all bank loan settlements and answering queries
Qualifications:
3-5 years in a similar role at a buy-side firm.
Excellent communications skills
Strong Excel and technology skills
Knowledge of bank loan operations
Knowledge of Bank Loan closings, restructurings, and other non-vanilla transactions
Knowledge of Wall Street Office administrator or other portfolio administration system modules is strongly preferred
