Grow with us. Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria.
Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week (Part-time and PRN also available)
Shift: Days (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) or Nights (7:00 pm - 7:00 am) available

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skills required to work in the emergency department as defined by unit Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patients, evaluate interventions, and revise the plan of care according to patient outcomes Basic computer skills must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows-based programs Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills Able to navigate and manage multiple priorities Uses independent discretion/decision-making Able to make decisions under pressure Manages anger/fear/hostility Manages stress appropriately Works alone effectively Able to work effectively in close proximity to others and/or in a distracting environment Works with others effectively Fluent in the English language (spoken and written) Education: Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience:- One (1) or more years of Registered Nurse experience in an acute care hospital setting in a Progressive Care Unit

Pay Range:
$31.53 - $52.24Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
