Job Description
A leading construction organisation is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of large-scale projects. Working closely with project management and field teams, you will develop, maintain, and analyse schedules to ensure successful project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6.Perform critical path, delay, and schedule impact analysis.Track progress and provide schedule updates and reporting.Support forecasting through resource and cost loading.Lead schedule review meetings with project stakeholders.Produce look-ahead schedules and recovery plans when required.Conduct QA/QC reviews of project schedules.
Requirements5+ years of construction project scheduling experience.Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.Experience with resource-loaded schedules and earned value reporting.Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project controls.Data center construction experience is required.Knowledge of electrical construction scopes and activities is required.Experience with schedule analysis, claims, and change management is highly desirable.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
PreferredMission-critical project experience.Experience with Smartsheet, Touchplan, or similar planning tools.Knowledge of AACE and PMI scheduling best practices. xzbcwsv Previous mentoring or leadership experience within project controls teams.
