Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT or software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references, and other lead generation channels
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meetings → proposal submission → negotiation → deal closure
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates
• Manage key accounts and explore cross-selling / upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all sales activities
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
• venue generation, deal closure rate, client acquisition, and overall contribution to company growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in IT / Software Services Sales
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in B2B sales and international client handling (preferred)
• Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, custom software, etc.
• Strategic thinking with strong closing ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools
• Strong LinkedIn lead generation experience

Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
