Senior Project Manager – Large-Scale Network Rollouts

Job Responsibilities

1. Results focus: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and manage the team to resolve issues.

2. Leadership: Lead across teams to manage key issues and achieve project success with customer satisfaction.

3. Quality and EHS: Manage quality as a key criterion and ensure Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements are part of routine project management.

4. Operations: Achieve operational targets as project goals.

5. Pre Sales and Early Involvement: Support budgeting, forecasting, project planning, and solution finalization during the pre-sales and early project stages.

Knowledge Skills and Competency Requirements

• Understand project management principles, including progress, quality, cost, communication, risk, stakeholder, and resource management.
• Have strong experience in large-scale rollout project management, including field management.
• Have working knowledge of at least two of the following technical domains:
• Wireless Networks
• Microwave Networks
• Solar Solutions
• Data Center Deployments
• FBB Networks
• Core Networks

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.

Preferred: PMP certification and experience in Network Merger or SWAP projects.
